Ellen is a 6th generation Texan who has called Texas home her whole life. Ellen is an entrepreneur who has harnessed her ideas and energy to co-create a successful 501c3 summer camp ministry and a marketing solutions business. While directing the summer camp ministry, she also served as an Elementary Pastor for 7 years. In many organizations, over two decades, Ellen has recruited, trained, and motivated volunteers and has successfully channeled volunteer fervor into victorious outcomes. She recognizes the value of volunteers and enjoys working together as a team.

Ellen met her husband Jason while they were students at Texas A&M University, and they have since been married for 28 years. They have two adult children: daughter Lauren, now married to her husband Jake, lives in Travis County; and son Dylan, a recent graduate from Texas A&M, has returned to Collin County and will vote for his mom in the primary! Ellen is proud that her children advocate for conservative principles among their peers. While Ellen is proud of their political views and actions, what is more significant to her is their love for the Lord and that they stand firm on Biblical values.

Ellen currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Collin County Republican Party as both a Precinct Chair and the Prayer Committee Chair. Ellen sees how to empower our party, unify with precision, and champion our conservative values. She has a plan to align the Republican Party communication and messaging in a clear, bold, and unified manner that will reach a widespread voter audience. Together, we will reach new voters, and they will respond by voting Republican. As a result, we will win elections! Each win will catapult our legislative priorities of border security, election integrity, and protecting our children; born and pre-born. Together, we will ensure a strong and safe Collin County. Collin County is key to keeping Texas Conservative, and Texas is essential to winning back our Nation!

Passionate About Drawing in Disengaged Conservative Voters

Ellen and her husband Jason are empty ​nesters, which gives Ellen the time to

devote herself to the needs of the Collin ​County Republican Party. She will attend ​events, solicit donations, hold office hours, ​and communicate the core values of the ​Republican party with voters. And she is ​passionate about drawing in disengaged ​conservative voters.
